This
is a non-sanctioned USTA event specifically for middle school and
high school players.
The tournament will be played
using GHSA rules with modifications.
Tournament
Format:
Round Robin: Pool
Play to Single Elimination.
Matches:
Three matches: Best
of 2 sets and tiebreaker (if needed).
Awards:
Georgia Games T-shirts to all participants.
Medals to 1st, 2nd and 3rd
place finishers in each division.
Medals
will be awarded to the winners of the top three spots in each
division. The medals
will be given immediately following the finals in each division to
the wining participant by the Tournament Director.
The
awards will be presented on the court immediately following the
event to allow for photo
opportunities for family and friends.
All
athletes will receive a Georgia Games t-shirt.
From North:
I-75 South to exit 233 for GA-54 South.
Merge onto GA-54/Jonesboro Road.
Turn left at Spur 138 SE.
Turn right onto Government Circle.
From
South: I-75 North to
exit 228 for GA-138 towards Jonesboro/Stockbridge.
Turn left at GA-138 (signs for Jonesboro).
Turn right at GA-138 N.
Turn left at Government Circle.
