Tournament
Format: Only 48
teams accepted. First Pay-First Play.
Rules:
These competitions will follow Amateur Softball Association
rules as written for each age division with tournament specific
exceptions. Signed roster and waivers must be turned in
before playing the first game. Please find an official
Georgia Games Championship entry form and roster attached.
Please complete your entry form and mail it and your check by
the entry deadline.
Uniforms:
Matching shirts and numbers are required.
Rosters:
See attached form; Twenty (20) players; rosters are due by the
first game
Waiver:
Agreement, Release, and Waiver of Liability must be signed by
each player on the roster or, if a player is under 18, by a
parent or legal guardian. This form may be reproduced to
send home with individual players.
Protests:
Protests must be made no more than two hours after the protested
game. A nonrefundable $200 protest fee must be made at
this time. A Protest Committee will be responsible for
handling all protests. NO personal checks will be
accepted.

From
North:
Take
I-75 South to exit 235 (19/41 Jonesboro/Griffin). Exit
onto Tara Blvd. (19/41 South) and proceed approximately 10
miles. Make a right turn on McDonough Rd. Park is
less than half mile on left. (There will be signs for
Lovejoy High School as you near McDonough Rd. The park is
before the high school on McDonough Rd.)
From
South:
Take
I-75 North to exit 221 (Jonesboro Road). Turn left off
exit. Proceed approximately 7.5 miles. Jonesboro Rd.
will change into McDonough Rd. Cross over 19/41 and park
will be on the left.
